Delivery Schedule:
- We'll contact you the same day business days after your order confirmation to schedule a convenient delivery date.
- You'll receive a 3-hour delivery window for your chosen date.
- We deliver Monday-Saturday, 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
Delivery Requirements:
- Accurate Contact Information: Provide a valid email address and phone number for smooth communication.

Two-Person Delivery & Home Assembly (Usually £59 NOW FREE):
- Our team delivers to your chosen room (ground floor, first floor, or second floor with a working elevator).
- They will unpack, assemble, and position your furniture, removing all packaging.
- Choosing this service voids return and warranty rights if you decline assembly.
Failed Delivery:
- Failed Access Charge: £90 will be deducted from your refund if our team cannot access your chosen room due to insufficient space.
- Product dimensions are listed online. Please measure doorways, hallways, etc., to ensure a successful delivery.
- Redelivery Fee: £60 applies if a redelivery is needed due to your absence or other reasons beyond our control.
Parking & Permits:
- Obtain any required parking permits to ensure a smooth delivery process.
- Customers are responsible for parking fines resulting from inadequate parking arrangements.
- Drivers have the right to refuse delivery if parking options are unsuitable (failed delivery fee applies).
Returns:
- Returns at Delivery: A £90 charge will be deducted from your refund for returns made at the time of delivery.
Damages:
- Inspect the items thoroughly upon delivery. Refuse damaged items and contact us for a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Delivery Area:
- We currently deliver to specific postcodes. Check our website or social media for updates on our delivery zone.
Ensuring a Smooth Delivery:
- Clear Access: Ensure our team has enough space to move the furniture from the van to your chosen room.
- Delivery Instructions: Provide detailed directions if your home is difficult to locate.
- Contact Information: Verify your contact details and delivery slot on your order confirmation.
- Measure Access Points: Ensure doorways, hallways, elevators (if applicable), and the route to your room have sufficient space for furniture passage.
- Prepare the Delivery Path: Remove any obstructive items like doors, light fixtures, carpets, etc., before delivery.
- Floor Protection: Provide floor protection from the entry point to the chosen room(s).
- Pet & Child Safety: Keep children and pets at a safe distance during delivery and assembly.
- Old Furniture Disposal: We cannot dispose of your old furniture. Contact your local council or charity for collection options.
