Refund policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
At Speeddy.uk, we want you to love your preloved sofa! However, we understand that sometimes things might not work out as planned. Here's our refund policy:
3-Day Refund Window:
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund on your preloved sofa purchase. This allows you time to inspect the sofa thoroughly and ensure it meets your expectations.
Pre-Delivery Inspection:
We encourage you to take advantage of our inspection upon delivery. This allows you to inspect the sofa upon arrival before accepting it. If you decide the sofa isn't a good fit, you can simply refuse delivery and receive a full refund (minus any delivery charges).
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Sofas that have been used or damaged after delivery.
- Sofas for which a full pre-delivery inspection was offered but refused.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us within the 3-day window. We will provide instructions on how to return the sofa and arrange for collection (fees may apply). Once the sofa is returned in its original condition, we will process your full refund within 10 business days.
Please Note: This policy applies to preloved sofas only. Other items sold on Speeddy.store may have different return policies.
